At Lumaflow, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Delivery, Return & exchange

Our inspection and return policy covers 3 different order types. Please check which one applies to your order below.

1.Clothing Only

2.Books, Gifts & Personalized Items

3.Mixed Orders – Clothing + Other Items

*For Clothes orders

• You are welcome to inspect and try on your item while the courier is present. Please make sure to check the fit, condition, and overall quality of the item before accepting your order.
• If the item is not suitable, you may  return it immediately with the courier, provided you cover the shipping and return fees
• Once the order is accepted and the courier has left, all sales are considered final, and no exchanges or returns will be available.
• Please note that delivery fees apply in all cases.

يمكنكِ معاينة وقياس القطعة أثناء وجود المندوب. يُرجى التأكد من المقاس، وحالة القطعة، وجودتها قبل استلام الطلب

في حال كانت القطعة غير مناسبة، يمكنكِ إعادتها فورًا مع المندوب مع تحمل رسوم الشحن  

بمجرد قبول واستلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب، لا يتوفر الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد ذلك

No inspection,return or exchange allowed, except if the order is damaged or incorrect

لا يوجد معاينة، استبدال او استرجاع للهدايا او الكتب إلا في حالة وجود عيب او خطأ في الأوردر،

*Mixed Orders – Clothing + Other Items

If your order contains clothing together with books, gifts, personalized items, or other non-returnable products, the entire order must be accepted upon delivery, as the courier cannot process partial returns.

As an exception, if there is a sizing issue with any clothing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange of the clothing item(s) only.

Clothing items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Books, gifts, personalized items, and other non-returnable products will remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

الطلبات المختلطة – ملابس + منتجات أخرى

إذا كان طلبكِ يحتوي على ملابس بالإضافة إلى كتب، هدايا أو منتجات غير قابلة للاسترجاع، يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل، حيث لا تسمح شركة الشحن بالاستلام الجزئي

كاستثناء، إذا كان هناك مشكلة في مقاس الملابس، يمكنكِ التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام لترتيب استرجاع أو استبدال قطع الملابس فقط، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، وبجميع التيكتات والتغليف الأصلي

الكتب، الهدايا والمنتجات المخصصة تظل غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

Shipping Fees

• Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
