At Lumaflow, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Delivery, Return & exchange

  • You are welcome to inspect and try on your item while the courier is present. Please make sure to check the fit, condition, and overall quality of the item before accepting your order.
  • If the item is not suitable or you notice any defect, you may return it immediately with the courier.
  • Once the order is accepted and the courier has left, all sales are considered final, and no exchanges or returns will be available.
  • Please note that delivery fees apply in all cases.

في حال كانت القطعة غير مناسبة أو لاحظتِ أي عيب، يمكنكِ إعادتها فورًا مع المندوب

بمجرد قبول واستلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب، لا يتوفر الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد ذلك
